I feel like I haven’t worn a print garment for ages on my blog. I don’t know why, but recently, I’ve been opting for a lot of plain colours and keeping everything minimal and bold. When I set my eyes on this cute boho print top on Boohoo, I instantly pictured myself wearing it with high waisted denim jeans and I thought it matched my new hair perfectly. So it was immediately popped into my basket.
With summer only around the corner and the festival season about to kick in, I thought this made the perfect addition to my wardrobe. Summer for me is all about feeling like a free spirit in the sunshine and boho clothing matches that feeling perfectly.
I love the cropped style of this top, I find it suits my figure and looks fab teamed with a high waist. With a print top you can go two ways about styling it. One, keep the rest of the look simple, like I’ve done here. Or two, go all out and clash with other bold prints or colours. I feel like number two would be best worn to a festival or event you might be going to. Number one is definitely the casual, everyday safe option.
Also, are you liking my new locks? I’ve been struggling a little the past week with my clothes as I’ve been so used to styling green hair. But I think I’m slowly getting used to it now!
