You might have read my post recently about Boohoo’s latest collection with Charli XCX. Well here’s another piece from the range and this time it’s a matching coord! I’ve always had a love for coord. They’re easy to style up and as you may know I love to match things within my outfits. So a matching top and bottom makes sense really!
This particular coord has a rather festival feel to it, with its lace flares and tie up top. It feels a little hippie like and I can imagine someone really dressing it up for a festival with flowers in their hair, cowboy boots and a fringe bag.
I’ve kept my look pretty simple with a thick choker necklace that complements the outfit. The beading also works really well against the lace. With footwear I just popped on some boots that weren’t too high so the trouser leg could just about touch the floor. With flares they’re always better when the shoes can hardly be seen; otherwise the boot cut tends to just dangle and it doesn’t really look right.
I’m wearing a size 10 on bottoms here but I could have probably gotten away with an 8. Just as an FYI if you’re looking to purchase this fab coord!
