If you’re subscribed to my YouTube channel or follow me on Instagram you would have seen that I bought my first house and moved in a few months ago. I recently just reached the exciting stage of decorating and I’ve started getting a few bits from online stores.
One of my favourite stores I got a few bits from was Joy The Store; they had some really cool, quirky pieces that really suited the vibe of our living room and my dressing room, so I thought I’d share them with you.
ELEPHANT CUSHION
When I saw this Elephant Cushion on Joy I fell in love and instantly pictured it in my living room. The colours of the threading matched my pink and turquoise theme perfectly and it had to take a spot on my sofa.
MERMAID VASE
How amazing is this Ceramic Mermaid Vase in a shimmering rose gold?! As you all know I’m a wannabe mermaid so I just had to get this vase for my fireplace in my dressing room! I’m trying to build up a bit of a mermaid theme in my dressing room, and thought this would be a cute addition.
CACTUS LIGHT
My boyfriend and I are a sucker for anything that’s got something to do with a cactus. So when we saw this cute little LED light, we thought it would look fab in our living room. We recently went to the garden centre and basically purchased about 10 cacti, so we now have a bit of a theme running through our downstairs rooms.
