SECRET GARDEN FESTIVAL MERMAID OUTFIT

Finally. Here’s my last outfit from Secret Garden Festival! I think I might have saved the best till last too. This was my outfit I wore on day 1 of the festival and I absolutely loved the look I threw together. I focused on a colour palette for this outfit which was blue, purple and pink and paired garments together that had that colour combination.

Styling with a colour palette can really bring crazy outfits together, just like this. If you really look at everything I’m wearing, you can see it’s a lot of statement pieces. But having a consistent colour theme makes it all blend well together.

This outfit also got a lot of attention at the festival. But I think that was because Paige Joanna and I went all out on the first day, when everyone else didn’t really dress up! But hey ho, I was there to get glittered and sequinned up! I think the best thing about this look was that my hair also tied in nicely with the colour scheme; and the fact it was freshly dyed too!

I also went all out on my makeup with this outfit too. I used face gems and glitter to create a sparkly look, using mainly silvers and pinks. The headdress matched this makeup too, so again tying all the different elements of the outfit into one.
