HOW TO FIND INSPIRATION - Sophie Hannah

I create a lot of creative content on my YouTube and Instagram and sometimes I wonder if people think about how I thought of the idea. Most of the time it’s because I’ve found inspiration and I’ve put my own twist on it.

I’m not one for copying. I don’t really like to and that’s mainly because then the idea isn’t my own. It’s hard not to copy these days though because there will be someone else out there who’s created the same content as you. There are so many bloggers now that it can be hard to be different and stand out.

I like to search the web on places like Instagram, Google images and Pinterest to source inspiration for my content; be it hairstyles or makeup looks. But whenever I find an image, I always put my spin on it. I take elements from a picture I’ve found and adapt the look to suit my style.

Other places I love to look are the streets. There’s so many cool people out there and with being in London quite a lot of the time, I’m guaranteed to stroll pass someone who’s got an awesome hairdo or outfit.
