PURPLE HAIR COLOUR

Some of you may have seen my new hair on Instagram a few weeks ago! I was lucky enough to head down to Paris for the day with L’oreal Hair again, for another colour refresh. 

This time my colour refresh was with Christophe Robin at his very own salon in the heart of the city. The salon was absolutely beautiful, with a stunning interior and cute chihuahua to play with. I went straight into hair and makeup when I arrived as L’oreal wanted to shoot before and after photos and video footage; so they wanted me looking my best.

After shooting the very man himself, Christophe Robin, dyed my hair! I opted for an Indigo shade as I love how the purple fades to a silvery blue after a few washes. I’ve had my hair green for quite a while now I thought I’d give another mermaid colour a go.

Once the colour was all washed off I had one of the best blow drys I’ve ever had. I’ve never been one for a blow dry; I tend to let my hair dry naturally; but this particular one left my hair voluminous and so silky. Once my hair was ready and makeup touched up, we headed back outside to shoot my new look.

To show off my new hair, L’oreal took us backstage at Olympia Le Tan, for a sneak peek at the hair, makeup and outfits. It was so cool! The whole collection had my name written all over it! From the face gems to the sequins and statement garments, it was my style.

At this point we were all feeling rather peckish so we headed for some lunch as a sushi style restaurant. The food was delicious and so instagrammable!

I had a lovely day trip to Paris and can’t wait to tell you in a few months why I’ve been to Paris so often this year and what I’ve been working closely on with L’oreal!
