TIME MANAGEMENT TIPS

Do you ever struggle with time management? I know sometimes I do. I take on too many collaborations that seem to be all launching at the same time. It can be a struggle juggling them all, but I’ve got a few time management tips that help!

1. Make a to do list
If you set yourself goals you will feel really positive when you’re ticking them off your list!

2. Plan
Plan your content. What are you going to film and how are you going to film it? What things do you need? Get everything prepared so you’re not overwhelmed when it comes to shooting.

3. Use a diary
My diary has helped me so much over the last few months. I write exactly what needs to be done on what day. Whether that’s a paid Instagram that needs to go live, or if I’ve got an event.

4. Allow yourself a break
I recently got a puppy and I thought I’d be so overwhelmed with my work load and looking after her, but it’s actually been fine. If anything she’s helped me. She makes me step away from my laptop and instantly takes my mind off my work. Now I’m not saying buy yourself a puppy, but just give yourself a break now and then. Even if it’s to make a cuppa!

5. Use a social media scheduler
These help me so much! I use the schedule tool on Facebook and Buffer for Twitter. Give yourself an hour or so to schedule in your posts for the week ahead. You don’t need to do many, just 2-3 a day on each channel. This way if you do forget or don’t have time another day, you’ve got something going up and it’s consistent.
