Whilst I was in LA with NYX Cosmetics, they invited me along to their Blogger Brunch they were hosting at the Line Hotel. I was so excited to attend, as I was eager to meet some LA bloggers and to also see if Blogger events in LA were similar to ones in London.
The brunch was on the second floor of the hotel, in their outside restaurant; because of the chillier weather, the outdoors area was covered by a clear tent, and thank god, because it was raining! I didn’t think it ever rained in LA, but I must have brought it over from the UK! It didn’t last long though, and was soon blue skies and sunshine!
The brunch featured a really cute set up with quirky crockery, cute flower displays and a NYX gift each. I had met some of the Bloggers on the shoot days so we all sat together and hung out a bit more as it was difficult to properly catch up whilst on set. We were offered a range of drinks from teas, coffees to mimosas and a few options for breakfast. I opted for eggs and bacon and it was delicious!
We all chatted about blogging, makeup and our own experiences and before we knew it, it was time to head off! They definitely throw blogger events very similarly to the UK! Thanks so much for the invite NYX!
