BEING BY SANCTUARY SPA - Sophie Hannah

Being is a new brand launched by Sanctuary Spa and I was kindly invited along to Ibiza for the launch event. I was flown out to Ibiza for 2 nights, staying at the ME Ibiza hotel, which was unreal. The hotel was clean, white and so instagrammable. It was located on the beach with beautiful views of the ocean.

We arrived fairly late so our first night consisted of canapes and cocktails on the ME Ibiza hotel rooftop. The food was delicious and it was lovely spending the evening getting to know the other 14 Bloggers on the trip. Yup, there were 15 of us! I’d never been on such a huge trip before.

The next morning we were back on the rooftop for a private breakfast and this was when we were introduced to Being. Being is aimed at the younger market, and to me I’d say they’re going to be the Missguided of the beauty industry. Their motto is to be ‘FRESH AF’ which you can definitely be with their amazing scents. The products range from body butters to bath scrubs and come in a wide range of flavours. My favourite has to be salted caramel! It smells amazing! The Being PR girls introduced us to the brand, their story and had a range of the products in front of us to smell and try out.

After brekkie we headed to the marina and hopped on a boat to Formentera, a private island about an hours boat ride from Ibiza. It was very busy, lots of boats had moored up to spend the day on the island. The boat journey was so much fun, our boat went extremely fast, it felt like a thrill ride! One downfall though is that when we moored up, because of the choppy sea, I did get a little sea sick and unfortunately threw up. Not good! Once I was off the boat though I felt a hundred times better and we dined for lunch at Beso Beach. After a delicious lunch we headed back on the boat to the hotel to freshen up with our Being products before the evening activity.

We spent the night at Lio, a Cabaret club where we wined and dined. I had never experienced anything like it before, all I can say is WOW! You need to go here and see what it’s all about. You can get a sneak peek on my weekly Vlog here. Whilst we dined, people sang and danced around us which was magical! They were all so so talented. It was Cathy Guetta’s launch event so once the Cabaret show was over she came out, introduced her show and the R&B music commenced. They music was amazing that night! Right up my street. I think I got into bed around 3am and was on it the next day as I got up about 8am to take a few photos before returning back to the UK.
