If you know me well you’ll know I’m a huge cocktail and glitter fan so when Corky’s asked me to invent my own cocktail using their Glitter Schnapps as one of the ingredients, I was up to the challenge.
I love the fact they sent me the Blueberry flavour as they totally knew it would match my locks. I am a big fan of Gin so I already knew that that would be my second ingredient. I didn’t want to mix too much in with the drink as the Blueberry flavour was already there so I just popped some lemon juice and lemonade into the mix to sour it up a bit.
To garnish I went all out with edible glitter and sequins, you can find things like this from eBay and your local Superstores. And when I say I went all out, I went all out! I sprinkled glitter over the top of the cocktail and covered a few blueberries in it too.
