Every time I leave the UK it gets me thinking about where I want to travel to next. I miss the sunshine as soon as I get home and I often start surfing the web at what could be my next destination. Now I haven’t been lucky enough to travel as often as some bloggers, and that’s because I’ve been working full time as a Social Media Manager up until about 2 weeks ago. But with the freedom full time blogging brings, I really want to start travelling a little more.
So because I’ve been thinking about travel destinations over the last few weeks since arriving back to the UK from Croatia, I thought I’d share with you my top 5 travel destinations that I’d love to visit next.
LOS ANGELES
Now those of you who have followed me for some time will remember me heading off to LA last summer. Well I loved it so much that I always said I would go back. And hopefully very soon, I might!
NEW YORK
New York I think is definitely on the cards this year as my boyfriend’s sister lives there and she’s offered us her sofa/bed for a week! So I’m currently saving for a flight and waiting for the right time to book! I’ve never been to NYC before, but I’ve seen so many peoples photos and heard amazing things. I also really want to go for the ridiculously bad, tasty food!
BUDAPEST
I’ve only ever done a few city breaks before, but this is a style of trip I’d love to do more of. I’ve heard Budapest is amazing for nightlife but also has stunning architecture that you can just get lost in. The food is also meant to be delicious too, so it’s definitely another destination on my list I’d love to visit.
BERLIN
Someone described Berlin to me as a bigger and better version of Shoreditch in London. It’s meant to have a really cool vibe to the city and I’ve heard it’s really arty and there’s lots to do. I’m a huge fan of East London, it’s definitely my kind of scene, so I’m eager to explore what Berlin holds.
DUBAI
I’m the kind of girl that is a sucker for anything commercial and Dubai with it’s modern shopping centres and fast forward designs has attracted me to visit. I can’t believe they’ve got aquariums and theme parks within shopping malls! It’s crazy, but something I feel like I need to witness.
Now there are many, many more travel destinations I’d love to visit, but I just wanted to share my top 5 with you. I really do hope I get the opportunity to visit some of these places very soon!
