If you’ve read some of my recent posts you will know that I’ve been a big fan of the silky, satin trend that’s around at the moment. I just love the fabric on my skin and the shimmer the garments have.
This particular dress is a cute sky blue one from Local Heroes new SS16 collection and it features a cute embroidered slogan ‘Kitten’. I love the simple style of this dress with the spaghetti straps. It’s so easy to style up as the dress is a statement in itself; so I just paired my holographic flatform sandals with the look. My pastel braids added a nice edge to the overall outfit and I love how the shades matched the colour of the holographic material of the shoes. I feel like a proper mermaid.
