OUTFIT OF THE DAY

On day 2 of London Fashion WeekHello everyone!Here is what I wore on my 2nd day at LFW. I had recently purchased new clothing so I just had to wear it! I was unsure about whether to wear jeans or not, as I did not want to look too ‘casual’, however with the bright, popping colours within the outfit, it distracts away from them. The bowler hat and velvet jacket really make it smarter. I decided to colour block and clash as I wanted my outfit to ‘pop’. Bright hot colours like the pink and purple really do work. Do not be afraid to wear bright colours. I know some of you out there are probably thinking ‘mmm I do love wearing black’… Still wear black, be yourself, but add a splash of colour in your outfit once in a while, trust me someone with notice! Personally I felt the whole outfit really worked. Hats seem to suit my face and this bowler hat was a perfect fit. I combined it with a thin knit top in a hot pink, black acid wash legging jeans and office hike shoes. Obviously I accessorised… As you can tell in my previous outfit posts I do love an accessory! I went with a cool, statement necklace I purchased from Primark – it was only £5!! Such a bargain eh! A tip here: Do not purchase jewellery from Topshop, I mean your more than welcome to but I just think for costume jewellery that will eventually go a funny colour, you may as well save some pennies and buy from Primark, it is cheap and cheerful and they always have copies of other high street retailers. You have all probably noticed my bindi I am sporting. I absolutely love them! I just think they are fab. I am in love with them! They really finish off my whole look and make-up. Referring to my make-up, I also love graphic liner – as you can tell.
