Forget braids, it’s all about tapestry hair. You might be slightly confused as to what this actually is, but it’s simple – a woven pattern but instead of being a piece of artwork, it’s in your hair! I absolutely love it! It’s creative and bold – and that’s what I’m all about. It looks difficult, but I have tried finding examples of tapestry hairstyles to give you an idea of how it’s created. You basically choose different colours of threads – keep it simple, or go crazy – and use a flat needle to weave it through a section of your hair. It’s definitely a hairstyle more suited to a festival, but if your a fashionista, you can get away with it anywhere.
