CHOKERS

I’m still absolutely in LOVE with the 90s trend, especially chokers. I don’t know why, I just feel like they suit my style more to the usual, girly jewellery you can find. I love putting a bit of an edge to my looks with jewellery and chokers give me this.

I never like to pay lots for jewellery as it does tend to break. I mean it probably is my fault as I keep my jewellery dumped in a box and it gets tangled. But I do love a bargain, so I usually scour eBay to find what I want.

If you search choker into eBay, hundreds of different ones come up. There’s a lot where the seller is in China, so I steer clear from these ones as the postage can take up to a month. And when I want something, I want it there and then! I hate waiting… Although if you do get something from China, you tend to forget about it and it’s a nice little surprise when it does turn up!

Wearing more than 1 necklace is very on trend at the moment, so I wanted to layer up chokers and 90s vibe necklaces. Orelia jewellery had kindly sent me an evil eye delicate necklace which I absolutely adore! I never take it off – so I layered this with a thick black choker, the typical 90s choker and a faux leather necklace with hamsa hand charm. I love the hamsa hand, I even have it tattooed on my side within a design.

So if your a 90s chick or even if you just live for fashion trends, you need a choker.
