MAJOR LONDON 05

I came across this really cool street brand on Instagram a few weeks ago and I was lucky enough to receive 2 of their products. Their name is ‘Major London 05’ and they sell Men & Womens apparel. Here’s their ‘about’ bit from their site – just to give you an idea of what their brand is:
Sisters Nav and Gurpreet pair up to create a luxury Street Wear brand consisting of their own unique prints and styles. Bold statements and impressionistic designs.
They launched their label January 2013 and have since had the support of artists such as Misha B, Little Mix, and TOWIE’S Ferne Mccann.
And might I add… Their prints are SO cool! I received a jumper in snake print and quilted pink. I wanted to keep these cool styling them up so with the pink quilted cropped jumper, I thought I’d keep the whole outfit pastely so I paired the jumper with my pastel wash shorts & my really cool, chunky cleated sandals – they really give an outfit an edge. I also put my Sassy necklace with the look too as it matched the colour palette perfectly and finished the outfit off. Styling up a baby pink jumper, you can team it with pretty much anything. Personally I feel that pastel shades should be kept with pastel shades but pink can look edgy with black or white too. Check out my 2nd outfit below featuring the pink jumper again. I went a bit out there with this look and teamed the jumper with my monochrome print trousers and a colourful collar. There was a hint of clashing prints but the monochrome toned it down.

The next jumper was a snake print with gold metallic – SO COOL! I love the gold within it. Styling this up, I wanted to give the outfit some edge so I paired the jumper with my skinny ripped jeans and chunky cleated sandals – but it was the jewellery that really worked with the look. I still adore my Be Worn chocker, it’s so 90s and goes with everything. I personally think this jumper looks best with all black garments, just so the print can stand out.
