12 & 13.11.14 OOTD

I forgot to do my outfit of the day post yesterday! Sorry everyone!! I was busy at work and then I had to rush home and get ready – in 20 MINUTES!! – as I was going to Motel Rocks #MotelRocksTheParty event in Shoreditch. I’ll blog about that soon as you probably would like to see and hear about what went on there!

So my outfit on the 12th featured this really cool jumper by 8th Act. I love the print on it, a pink lightning kind of graphic. I teamed it with my lime green roll neck top to add in an extra splash of colour, my casual ripped jeans and new Kicker shoes. The white in the jumper tied the white shoes in nicely within the overall look.

For my outfit of the day today I received a cute monochrome long sleeve crop top from Daisy Street yesterday and I just had to wear it. Long sleeve crops are perfect for AW and the monochrome print is so on trend. I teamed it with my black fur gilet, textured black jeggings and staple platform boots.

Long sleeve tops work perfectly with gilets as it keeps you warm for one, but also works well as two garments together. Gilets are great for winter as they add extra layers to your looks.

This outfit also makes the colour of my hair stand out which is always great as that’s a big statement to my style.

I hope you all enjoy my OOTD posts. I do try and keep them going daily. I post the images on my Instagram for everyone to see but I think it’s nicer and more personal for someone to read about my morning, my wardrobe dilemmas and why I paired certain things together in my look.
