SUPERGA BREAKFAST - Sophie Hannah

So last week if you had seen my tweets or Instagram you would have seen that I attended a Superga Breakfast at their Spitalfields store.

I love the trainer brand so I was definitely up for going along and seeing their new collections including Suki Waterhouse for Superga, Animal Print, Suede, Ponyhair, Weatherproof and Flatform.

Superga trainers have such a simple style to them, but they’ve managed to create amazing collections using different fabrics and prints.

I was up bright and early as the breakfast started at 8.30am and when I arrived I was greeted by the lovely team from Surgery PR. They took me round the store – which was so bright and fresh, the shoes were displayed clearly in sections and the back wall featured a very quirky painting of a Superga and Fiat – apparently the show brand own a percentage of Fiat which I thought was a very cool fact about the brand as for one they’re Italian and two they’ve created a cool lifestyle for their customer.

Their new collections were fab. I absolutely adored the Suki Waterhouse heart themed flatforms. What a cool idea of putting hearts within and around the soles. I fell in love with them instantly so I hope I can get my hands on a pair soon! The campaign images for their new collections featured Suki modelling and boy did she look fab! The photos had simple yet fashion forward styling and they oozed sportiness and comfort.

Once I’d had a cheeky look around, I had a nice morning cuppa and the most delicious bagel! Salmon, egg and spinach all the way from Leon’s in Spitalfields, just behind the Superga store. I’ve eaten there before and had their fish finger sandwich and that was so tasty – they will definitely be getting my money again soon!

The Breakfast event was such a nice thing to wake me up and get me going. It was lovely to bump into fellow fashion blogger Lucia from ‘Style Confessional’ too.

Upon leaving I was gifted with a pair of shoes of my choice… It was very tricky choosing the perfect pair, but I opted for the suede fur style in a dark green. I thought they’d go well with skinny jeans or black tights and a cute dress.
