I am a big, big fan of monochrome this season so that’s why I chose this black and white bomber jacket from Style London.

Styling up the jacket, I opted to keep the whole look monochrome. This white skirt with black text print works great, because it lets the rest of the outfit work around it. Having 1 statement item within a look and pairing it with plain garments is a great styling idea. If you’re not brave or bold enough to clash prints, this is a great way to style up just 1 bold print. If you have a coloured print for example and want to pair it with a plain colour, then black or white is the easiest to style. However if you have a few colours within the print you could pick a colour out and style it up with plain garments in that chosen colour. The possibilities are endless.

Obviously I had to get my FAVE thigh high boots in the look. They really elongate my legs when paired with skater skirts. What do you think of this look? Would you wear it out? If so, where to?
