NYE

HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE!!!!!! How did you all spend your NYE? I spent mine with these lovely lot and it was fab! 

We were meant to have a house party round my friends, but for some reason everyone kept changing their plans last minute, so we decided to just stick as couples, head out for a nice meal and then have a few drinks in town to see the new year in and dya know what… It was one of the best NYE I’ve had so far. It was so chilled, we had some nice food, great company and it was all that I could have asked for.

All of my girls boyfriends had never met before, so it was nice to get them altogether and they actually all got on so well! I mean having their favourite football team in common obviously helped – they all support Arsenal! We had a few drinks at my friends before heading to Ask Italian restaurant in Colchester, Essex around 8pm. 

I ordered off their Xmas set menu which was £17.95 which was a great price for a 3 course meal. Although I ordered garlic bread with mozzarella for starter and a pizza for main… But the starter was literally a cheesey pizza – I was so full after! Basically had 2 rounds of pizza! FATTY! 

After our meal we headed to Slug and Lettuce in town – the end of town to keep away from the busy NYE crowds and got free entry and 2 for 1 cocktails all night – gotta love a deal.

We spent the night there, saw the New Year in then headed back home around half 1 and chilled a bit before bed. A great NYE spent with a bunch of special people. 

I hope you all had a fab eve last night and 2015 brings you all you wish for. I had some ups and downs in 2014, I lost 2 more special people in my life who meant to the world to me and I meant the world to them but they’re together now. I just wish my family and friends good health and to enjoy 2015.

Playsuit – Topshop (from a while ago – I ordered a sequin playsuit online but it didn’t look nice so opted for something I felt comfortable in)
Also some of you may recognise this playsuit… Yes, I am wearing it backwards! So good when you can get 2 different looks out of 1 garment!
