Red, red and more red. I was a bit unsure about the red first, but after styling it up, it just works. Have you noticed ma braidz?!!! How cool are they?! I got them done at Keash Braids pop up salon in Hoxton by Joel and I am literally in lurvveeee! Can I have braids everyday?
The braids with this statement red dress…. HAWT! I’m not saying I’m hot, the combination of the outfit is hot! I didn’t think red on red would work this well, but it does! And tying in black within the look too just gives it a bit more edge. I actually love my green hair against the red too. I’m glad I opted to keep my makeup simple and light against the boldness of the outfit.
I used to be a gymnast when I was younger and this dress bought back a lot of memories as it really reminded me of my leotards as they had little sparkly circles on them. Forget about LBDs!! It’s all about LRDs!! And if you don’t know what that is… A Little Red Dress! Damnnnn!
I went for a casual, dressy look for this outfit and I love the chunky platforms with the mesh socks combo. It works well with the overall vibe of the look.
