I’ve been wanting a lace up garment for quite a while now, especially since they’ve been cropping up online and in stores. There’s dresses, tops, bodysuits and even swimwear now featuring a tie up section on the chest.
I finally got my hands on a bodysuit from Fashion Pills that laces up on the chest and I love it. It’s so flattering and even though the garment is simple, it adds detail to your outfit. I’ve worn it once and I received so many compliments. Always a good sign!
Styling it up, I opted for this wardrobe staple – black denim skirt. I haven’t worn a denim skirt in years, but again, since they’ve been making a reappearance, I thought I must get one! They’re a definite staple for ones wardrobe and can be worn into winter with tights.
With shoes, I thought I’d tie in the lace up detailing and match the top. Then I finished with lots of accessories like rings, sunglasses, hair beads and a braid!
