I obviously had to wear a palm print coord in Palm Springs?! When I set my eyes on Missguided’s summer campaign with Pia Mia wearing this two piece, I just had to have it. It was the perfect outfit to take away with me on my American adventure.
I still can’t believe it’s been a month since I’ve been back, yet I’m still going with my holiday outfits I shot out there.
Styling up this coord I paired my Topshop sandals and lace kimono with the look, whilst accessorising with gold jewellery and a waist belt. I found the skirt to be a little long on my short legs so I just rolled the top over a few times and styled it with a belt to hide it. This is a handy styling tip I do a lot, as some skirts come up too long. It’s difficult being short and I always forget the models showcasing the garments on fashion sites are always abut 5 ft 8!
A key thing I like about this coord is that you can wear the garments separately. I’ve worn the bralet with high waist black trousers and jeans before and it’s looked fab! Or even layered under a mesh top.
