So yesterday I popped into Topshop to kill some time before waiting for friends on Oxford St. I thought I’d try and see if I could find an outfit for NYE – obviously I have to have something new!
I picked up a few sparkly, sequin things as I knew they’d be perfect for the occasion. You gotta enter the new year in style haven’t you!
First of all I picked up this velvet blue halterneck playsuit by ‘Oh My Love‘ – I thought this would look really cool with my new Mandala tattoo – which it did!
Then I tried on this sequin, 90s style Topshop dress which was ermazinggg! I loved it! it had a really nice backline.
This next dress I thought was pretty cool. It’s by ‘Jovanna‘ and has an urban but girly vibe to it. I lurveee the sequins and makes a really cool dressy but urban outfit for NYE.
This last outfit is by ‘Jaded Ldn‘ and I absolutely love it! It’s not something I would usually pick, but I thought I’d give it a go. With styling it I tucked in one corner of the bottom bit of the shirt and left the other hanging out and it works pretty well. It means you can see the shorts then and it gives you some shape. I loved the openess I created with the shirt because you could see my new tattoo.
If you haven’t yet found an outfit for NYE you should pop into Topshop on Oxford St they have some amazing things and I’m sure you’ll find something! I couldn’t pick over those 4 outfits so having a think! I can never make decisions!
