British Bang
I found this vintage red and white polka dot silky shirt in my wardrobe and thought ‘yes, this is my chosen garment today’. I always tend to pick 1 thing I really want to wear and then base the rest of my outfit around it.
The shirt has a blue graphic emblem on it so I decided it would compliment well being worn with my Topshop high waisted blue shorts. The vintage top also has white in it, so I thought my Topshop white shirt looked perfect combined with the overall look. I love how the cut of the vintage shirt is round neck as it emphasises the collar on the white shirt.
The whole outfit subtly links and at the time I didn’t realise but red , white and blue are the colours of the British flag and I am british 🇬🇧
